1. The chairman reported that quotations he acquired from the two hotels are as follow:

a) g-Hotel RM250 ++ per room/day

b) Hotel Park Royal RM250 per room/day (Inclusive of 2 breakfasts)

It was unanimously agreed that the 40^th anniversary celebration shall be held at the Park Royal Hotel. Mr. Koay Ban Hing volunteered to make arrangement with the state government so that we may enjoy the privilege of government rate.

2. The line-up of Organizing Committee was drawn up. It was agreed that more people would be appointed to assist in our organizing jobs.
